The Norfolk Freedom Marathon, Half Marathon, 5k and Freedom Mile is a Weekend of Events For the Whole Family

The weekend begins Friday with the Freedom Health & Fitness Expo. Saturday starts off with the Freedom Mile - Kids´ Warrior Trot (kids 12 years old and under - age on race day). Also on Saturday are the Wounded Warrior & Family Fun Run/Walk 5k, and The Freedom Health & Fitness Expo.

Sunday wraps up the weekend with the Norfolk Freedom Marathon & Half Marathon, Norfolk Freedom Marathon & Half Marathon Wheelchair Race, Norfolk Freedom Marathon Four-Person Relay, Norfolk Freedom Half Marathon Two-Person Relay, Norfolk Freedom Marathon & Half Marathon Cup Challenge (Team Race) followed by the Post Race Celebration and Freedom Awards Ceremony.
